At Artland Atelier, each order is prepared with care to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
We are able to ship to most residential and business street addresses within the United States. If you have a question about a specific shipping destination, please contact us at hello@artlandatelier.com before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that some items may require additional processing time, especially personalized products or curated gift boxes prepared specially for your order.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Artland Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Damaged or Delivery Issues
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, if something is missing, or if you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@artlandatelier.com so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unused and unworn
- with tags attached
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- personalized or custom-made products
- personal care or beauty items that have been opened or used
- perishable goods
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- gift cards
- sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that some items may be excluded from this right under applicable law, including personalized items and certain sealed personal care products once opened.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
